Been quite a week:

My Mom's older brother died on November 10. The day before Canadian Remembrance Day. He was a Korean Veteran. He was buried in a full military service on Thursday.

Friday our computers at work crashed, and have been down. Lost time, lost money.

I still cannot shake this sickness I have, sinuses, cough, runny, stuffy, just yucky feeling.

The last race of the Nascar season. YUCK. Why even watch, same old same old, probably the only time in my life as a fan I was actually wishing Jeff Gordon would lead some laps. Would rather have seen him with the title than Jimmie. Then Tony crashes. Somewhere during the commentary, the comment was made that this is the very last chance Tony will have to win. They come back a little later and qualify that they meant last chance to win in a Chevy. But I really wonder, just how going to Toyota will impact his career. Scary. I still think Tony's greed at Kansas cost him the title. Remember that commercial of Dale Jr, joking that he wasn't going to be in the eight, and people are repainting, chopping down the topiary bush, you know the one, well it is true. Some commentary made that Theresa was not painted in a true light, and she preferred to let it slide than to dispute it, mmmm, don't think so.

The changes at daycare seem to be helping. I got a call mid day on Friday that Austin was throwing up, so I had a sick little boy to deal with that afternoon and night.

Cold weather moving in, and snow in the forecast, my water bottle in the van was frozen solid. YUCK.

Sorry to hear about your uncle. And I hope your son is better.
I am very skeptical about Tony, Denny and Kyle in Toyotas next year. But they may prove me wrong, as they are all excellent drivers, so who knows. I am just hoping Junior does well in his first year alongside Jimmie and Jeff. Yes, I too was hoping Jeff would have won the Championship. Just cannot hack Jimmie and Chad for some reason.
