2019 Year in Review the girl had an amazing amazing year, the things she accomplished, the places she visited and the people she met, and the experiences that will shape her for years to come.
Nothing quite beats a library. There is a sense of peace and calm that infuses ones mind in a library. Although I prefer to read on my iPad, I love wandering through the library.

SADS conference was just held in Atlanta. It is a wealth of information, and the only chance to meet other people with our rare heart condition long qt syndrome. We couldn't go this year, but we did go to the one in Toronto in 2017.
Really, they are great kids, and I am so proud of them each and every day. They have faced so much in their short lives, yet face every day as if it is a new wonder.
Our area of Alberta does not often get wild raccoons. I have never seen one other than in a zoo and neither had Alexis before her summer trip. She was really taken by this little guy.
