2019 Year in Review the girl had an amazing amazing year, the things she accomplished, the places she visited and the people she met, and the experiences that will shape her for years to come.

Nothing quite beats a library. There is a sense of peace and calm that infuses ones mind in a library. Although I prefer to read on my iPad, I love wandering through the library.

So totally not the first snow of 2019 fall. But one I got the shots of on Oct 30 and the geese flying south and the sounds they made.

I think this was one of the best camps the kids attended. It gave them a taste of farm life.

Canada Winter Games held in Red Deer and left a legacy of all these Red Deer signs all over the place. I encountered is one for the first time at the Discovery Canyon parking lot.

Johhny Reid is one of my favourite artists to see in person. He makes me happy, like I am walking on water.

SADS conference was just held in Atlanta. It is a wealth of information, and the only chance to meet other people with our rare heart condition long qt syndrome. We couldn't go this year, but we did go to the one in Toronto in 2017.

Our area of Alberta does not often get wild raccoons. I have never seen one other than in a zoo and neither had Alexis before her summer trip. She was really taken by this little guy.
