I had a birthday on the 14th. I had my hair done on the 16th. Call it a mid life crisis or whatever. I really needed something to make me feel good on the outside. Let me know if you love or hate it.

Many of you have read about my trials and tribulations with my DS. Issues that we have had, behavior problems, eating issues. It just never seems to end. Last night though I had very happy almost tears in my eyes due to DS. DS has expressed jealousy over his sisters Brownie badges this year. He has said a number of times that he wants to join Brownies. I have explained it is only for girls but that he could join cubs (scouts) next year. So Wednesday night for Thinking Day DD has a joint Brownie and Scout meeting at a different school and night. Well the schout leader and I got to talking and he said to drop by with DS the following night, as the Beavers were meeting then. So last night I take DS to a Beaver meeting. He was glued to my leg at the beginning, then he went to play with the balls. Then he went to circle time. He comes running back to me and I am thinking ohoh. Winter style.

I have seven stars left to get, and man I cannot get them. In order to just have some fun again I started a brand new file so the kids and I can play together. Well the sweet sweet galaxy that took me a month to beat way back when, I beat on the second try last night. I get a high five from DS and I say that must be a record. He says to be so seriously. Mommy I would give you a mark on the record but I don't have a record. It was so funny.
